I spent the first two months in 2025 trying to find an art style I really liked. I wasn't in the mood to draw my OCs, so I opted to draw the good folks on Gaiaonline.
Sena is one of the hardest OCs for me to draw. She has a lot of features that I struggle with but hopefully I'll draw her in my main style soon.
A character I adopted on toyhouse from my younger sister.
Around the start of the year I reopened my request art thread on gaiaonline. I wanted to play around with different art styles and ways to draw characters. For gaia requests, I tried to match the art style to the OC/concept given. This was made for gaia user Petscop.
I used vector lines to give the character a sharp, but simple looking appearing. I wanted "menancing but not evil. Maybe just a little mischevous."
This was made for gaia user Sanguiness. I had a lot of fun since this was "avi" art that I made into a character illustration. I like how Japanese gacha games render defining silouettes. You kind of get the gist of a character and their personality by the art alone. I tried to replicate that feeling in this drawing.
volupta's OC Nemesis. Thank you for allowing me to share the art on my site!
I really like the way Korean manwha artists draw jewelry. It's so shiny but not exactly how silver and jewels look in real life. But, I think that's the fun of these kind of accessories. Nemesis has a lot of fun pieces adorning their body, and I really wanted to think about how I'd be able to make them compliment the character.
Note: Petscop's and Sanguiness's source was their Gaia avatars. Nemesis had a design ref from volupta that I used to make this art.

It wasn't an my 2025 agenda to draw so many characters with horns, but here we are. Anyway, another artfight attack. This is for starw_vali's OC Ramona. Link to artfight here.
