At the start of the year I went around and browsed through the adoptable freebie threads on toyhouse. I found a few cute characters, and I like Melba's design. Not sure what to do now that I've made her art.

The rest of my characters already have some sort of established world going on. I think it's refreshing having a few characters that aren't a part of the main ensemble.

Some people on toyhouse give adoptables away for free, so I managed to snag this character design a while back. I thought the character was cute.

I have a lot of nostalgia for Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green. I don't really draw Pokemon fanart for trainers but Leaf/Green/Blue whatever her name is, is one of my favorite trainer designs. Maybe Hilda/White might surpass Leaf?

Okay I'm including this into my 2026 art highlights. It was an honest struggle to a good reference image of a woman in a maid costume doing menial tasks.

I'm really proud of this artfight attack! I didn't want to replicate Sugimori's old watercolor art style, but I did want to go for something on the lines of modern Pokemon key art.

I love drawing request art of Gaia avatars because there is a lot of leeway with design the character.

I have never used the forum side of toyhouse ever since I made an account. It's... an interesting landscape to say the least.

I traded art for a couple of adoptables with Haru.

My sister is really into adoptables and frequents the toyhouse forums. I have never really touched that part of the OC making community. I think it's a really cute concept. There's seriously a lot of amazing designs out there but I prefer simple shoujo-josei style OCs. I have about 5 of them now.
